What is the maximum voice note length supported ?Our Basic plan support up to 1 minute, and our Pro plan can support up to 5 minutes. If you need to support longer voice notes, consider upgrading to our VIP plan where you can forward voice notes for up to 15 minutes. If you need even more than, feel free to drop us a message in the chat, and our team will gladly assist you to accommodate your specific need.

How I cancel my subscription?To cancel your subscription simply login in your account, and go to "My subscriptions". You will be able to cancel your subscription in that page. Note that the cancellation will apply to next billing cycle allowing you to use our service for the remaining time in your current billing cycle.

Can I get refunded?Unfortunately we do not provide refund, however our user can try our service for free before deciding to purchase a premium account.
